Golf Against Cancer

WD Systems are please to report they will be supporting Macmillan on June 22nd with a Longest Day Golf Challenge at Lindfield Golf Club.

Having lost many dear friends to cancer Dave Dearing jumped at the chance of taking part in the longest day challenge 2017 when invited by club chairman Ian Ellison.

Dave, Ian and six other eager soles will start their challenge at 4:30am on 22nd June before completing four rounds of golf over the followng 15 hours; walking 26 miles and taking over 330 shots.

A keen golfer Dave has never taken part in anything like this before but is looking forward to the challenge and raising money for this very good cause.
